Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.


How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us at support@rbl612.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include in your email:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item(s) and any defects or issues (if applicable)

Return Process

  • We will review all return requests within 5-7 business days.
  • If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and detailed instructions.
  • Important: Do not send items back without receiving confirmation and return instructions from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from stains, damage, or alterations

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, in the same currency.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error).

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled while they are still being processed (before shipment).
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but our standard return policy applies.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at support@rbl612.com.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us at support@rbl612.com within first 3 days of delivery
  • Include photos showing the issue
  • We will provide a prepaid return label or issue a replacement/refund at no additional cost to you

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@rbl612.com.
  • Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • We will work with our shipping carrier to locate your package or provide a resolution.
